Founded by an urban planner,  we have worked on a wide variety of land planning projects all over the country.

We have always enjoyed talking with end users, conducting site visits, and developing value analysis. However, as our family grew, we no longer enjoyed the travel.

We wanted to build something from the ground up. Something that would allow us to stay close to home but challenge us and allow us to stay engaged.
